NCAA Athletics/Integrity

ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ is committed to upholding NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and policies. All student-athletes, coaches, staff members, faculty, student workers, boosters, and others affiliated with ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ should report any suspected issues to the appropriate authority.

 

To report an incident involving NCAA/Athletics Integrity, please follow the instructions below.

 

 

Ways to Report NCAA/Athletics Integrity Issues

  • File a Report with the Relevant ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ Athletics Compliance Officer
  • File a Report ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ Athletics on its RealResponse Platform (VU Student Athletes Only)
    • ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ student-athletes can access a RealResponse platform that is limited specifically to student athletes. VU student athletes are provided with a username and login in order to access this platform. While logged in, student athletes can anonymously share feedback with administrators on issues impacting their student-athlete experience. Feedback may range from positive shout-outs about people or aspects benefiting your experience, as well as compliance issues, gambling, hazing, drugs/alcohol, discrimination, sexual assault, domestic violence, harassment, health/wellness issues, and locker room maintenance.   • File a Report with ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´'s Compliance Helpline (RealResponse)

    RealResponse is a secure reporting system that supports real-time, anonymous communication via the RealResponse web platform, text message, WhatsApp, or email. ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´'s University Compliance Services Team uses RealResponse so individuals can submit concerns and receive follow‑up information or resources while keeping their identity protected, if they choose.

    Reports may be submitted anonymouslyÌý´Ç°ùÌýconfidentially.

    • Anonymous Report: includes no identifying information and cannot be traced to the reporter.
    • Confidential Report: includes the reporter identity, which is protected but may be disclosed when required by law, to address health or safety concerns, or to comply with obligations such as Title IX or the Clery Act. Please consider these limits when choosing a reporting option.

    ¶Ù´ÇÌýnot use this system to report emergencies or situations posing an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted here may not receive an immediate response. For emergency assistance, contact local authorities.

    ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ reviews every report and takes appropriate action. Providing as much detail as possible helps support a thorough review. In most cases, findings and any resulting actions must remain confidential and cannot be shared with the reporter.
